Building a house with 'zero energy'

What it would be like if your home didn't have an electric bill? It would mean a good bit of extra cash in your pocket, that's for sure.
There is a house being built in Palm Harbor that will have very little impact on the environment. A group called Zero Energy America is constructing the home with a special type of tile that keeps the house cool. John Renowden from Monier Lifetile joined Good Day to explain how the material works.
